Mr. Quigley has more than 20 years of experience managing and performing audits of nonprofit organizations, including professional societies, charitable organizations, trade associations, for-profit subsidiaries, political action committees, and auditing federal awards. He has extensive experience auditing educational conferences and trade shows, restricted contributions, publications, royalty and sponsorship arrangements, and multi-entity structures.

Mr. Quigley is the Firm’s designated partner for the AICPA Governmental Audit Quality Center, he also serves as the Audit Department’s liaison to the Firm’s Technology Department and is responsible for the automated audit process. In this capacity, he monitors, tests, and implements emerging technologies applied in the Firm’s audit process.

He has presented on a variety of topics such as “FASB Accounting Standards Update on Not-for-Profit Financial Statements,” “Quick Tips and How To’s: Understanding Simple Financial Statements,” “Endowments of Not-for-Profit Organizations,” and “Best Practices and Strategies for an Effective Audit Committee.”
