New IRS Web Site Provides Training for Charities Print Article

If you have questions about maintaining your charity's status? Would you like to learn more about Form 990, and how to fill it out properly? If so, then a new IRS web site, just launched this month, can help. The site, www.stayexempt.org, presently provides five interactive training courses on:
  • Tax exempt status
  • Unrelated business income
  • Employment issues
  • Form 990
  • Required disclosures

There is also an extensive resource library, a glossary, and a quick link to relevant IRS forms and instructions.
