|Mentor, supervise, and train Staff, Senior, and Supervisor Auditors.
Recruit new Staff, Senior, and Supervisor Auditors.
Participate in administrative responsibilities for the Audit Department.
Schedule client engagements and manage report due dates.
Oversee audit fieldwork and be available to address questions from engagement in-charge or client.
Review planning letters or workpapers and ensure planning is complete before starting a new engagement.
Review workpapers and audit documents prepared by Staff, Senior, or Supervisor Auditors.
Make Partner reviews smooth and efficient.
Review client's Form 990, 990-T and state return (or other returns as described in the governing client engagement letter).
Manage tax return due dates for audit clients.
Assist with other client services as outlined in the T&T engagement letter and proposal submitted to the client.
Participate with Partner in presenting audit results to the client's governing body.
